Laney has been such a good helper with the baby. She has been getting into his clothes, diapers, wipes, and shoes so she can dress and take care of her baby, too. Her baby is always in Asher's carseat.

Who Does He Look Like?

Everyone always asks who he looks like. I don't think he really looks like Laney; she looks more like a Peterson. I think Asher looks more like a Black, especially my dad. He just e-mailed me some pictures of him when he was little.

Firsts. . .

Asher went for his first walk in his new stroller yesterday.

He took his first real bath this morning, and he obviously didn't care for it.

Things are finally getting back to normal at our house. My mom went home after helping me for a week. Kamry is still being chased by boys, Laney never wants to go to bed, and Asher is happy as long as someone is holding him.

I spent my birthday recovering at home with Asher, Laney, and my mom. We ordered Chili's and watched Glee. My necklace came, so once again, Chavis was off the hook! He's not into the gift thing.

My parents came up to stay with the girls while I was in the hospital.

The baby is finally here! Everything went really well!

He weighed 7 lbs. 15 oz.

Do I Look Ready?

For those of you who have asked if the nursery is ready, does this answer your question? The problem is the nursery is also Laney's room for a few more weeks. (The basement just got sheetrocked this week.) She gets things out much faster than I can put them away. Oh well!!

This is my last day of pregnancy! WooHoo!
