Happy V-Day to Me!

The Diaper Bag
I love this bag because it's smaller than the one I had for Laney, and it's more purse-like. It's also glazed so you can just wipe it off. I've looked at it three or four times, and I finally just went for it! I'll just tell Chavis he' s off the hook for Valentine's Day since I bought myself something!

It's All Good!
I am so glad that my back pain issue has gone away. I was beginning to think I would be stuck with it for the next 9 weeks. I don't know what I did to make it go way, but my principal had a brilliant idea. He told me to have one of the kids walk on my back. Did he want me to lie on my stomach while someone walked on my back?

An E-mail From Jodi Picoult!
I have struggled finding a good book to read lately. I'm not loving Olive Kitteridge. So yesterday I e-mailed my favorite author, Jodi Picoult. Her new book comes out next month. I know she loves Alice Hoffman, so I asked her which book I should read. I was so surprised when she e-mailed right back today and said, "Try Turtle Moon."
