My New Job!

I really thought I would be done with teaching after Asher was born. I was really feeling burnt out with the reading fluency thing. I have decided to go back in the fall and teach art! I am so not an artist, but I actually do have a concentration in fine arts. It will be a lot of curriculum to learn since I will be teaching k-6, but I'm up for the challenge!

2 Month Stats

At Asher's 2 month checkup he was 13.3 lbs. and 24 inches.
He's in the 83rd percentile for weight and 93rd for length.

Asher's Blessing Day

Asher was blessed in the same shoes that

my brother was blessed in 35 years ago!

We had a really nice day yesterday. It was fun to get together with all of our family and friends for Asher's blessing. Papa Don gave the blessing.
Asher didn't even cry during his blessing.
Great Grandma Stewart and Uncle Stephen came up from Meadow with Ray, Kaye, and Shayla.
